The fast-paced Bay Area healthcare scene was my training ground. During my 15 years of experience, I climbed the corporate ladder and held many roles including administrative assistant, program manager and manager. I witnessed firsthand the inner workings of a hospital system, and I saw the impact of employee-leadership dynamics. Burnout became a harsh reality, but it wasn't the only lesson learned. When caring for my aging parents, I experienced the healthcare system from a different perspective. This ignited a passion to create a more supportive environment – for both patients and the dedicated professionals who are the backbone of care. Earning my Master’s in Healthcare Administration at age 40 wasn't just about a piece of paper. Combined with my experience in various hospital roles and running a medical billing business, it fueled my understanding of the unique challenges private practices face.

My experiences underscored a crucial truth: in a private practice setting, exceptional service and high-performing employees go hand-in-hand. These factors, not just technical expertise, are the heart of a profitable and efficient practice.
